If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Items that are custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom embroidery pieces
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items returned without prior authorization
3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Send an email to farshembroidery@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  3. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We do not offer refunds for late deliveries caused by courier delays once the order has been shipped.
5. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [your support email].

7. Cancellations
  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production or shipping has not yet begun.
  • Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
